Homelab
The servers at home: what runs on them, how they fit together, and what I learned fixing them when they broke.
What runs on it
- Proxmox VE as the hypervisor
- TrueNAS Scale for storage on ZFS
- Jellyfin for films and TV, with GPU transcoding
- Immich for photos
- Home Assistant for the house
- Pi-hole for network-wide DNS
The hardware
One box does it all: an Intel i7-6700K with 32 GB of RAM, and an AMD RX 580 passed through for video transcoding.
